BF–01 Survey Record what the building actually is, before anything is specified or bought. BF–02 Reduce demand Cut what the building needs before deciding what to buy for it. BF–03 Systems and generation Test what the roof, the services and the frontage can actually take. BF–04 Keep it performing Keep the building performing after the works are finished.
