No work starts before you have seen its boundary.

How the building gets read is shown on the shophouse page. This one is about the engagement itself: what you supply, what comes back, what gets agreed first, and what we are explicitly not doing.

Four steps before and through an engagement

  1. 01

    Enquire

You describe the shophouse and what is going wrong. No charge, and no obligation either way.

  2. 02

    Scope

We put the boundary, the deliverables, the exclusions and the fee in writing before anyone commits.

  3. 03

    Approve

Nothing begins until you accept that scope. Silence is not approval, and neither is an enquiry.

  4. 04

    Work

Survey first, then the agreed scope, then handover and whatever reporting was agreed with it.

What you supply. What comes back.

What you supply

  • Access to the building and its tenants
  • Any plans, past works, bills or reports
  • Who decides, and by when

What comes back

  • A measured record of the building as it stands
  • A prioritised order of works, with the reasons
  • A written scope for whatever you choose next

Not yet agreed

What this preview does not commit to.

No fee, duration, payment term, cancellation right, refund policy, confidentiality undertaking, insurance position or service agreement has been set. Nothing on this site is an offer, and sending an enquiry does not create an engagement. Those terms are agreed in writing before any work begins, and they will replace this notice.

Start with the survey. Everything else depends on it.
